Pick up one foot, put it on the far side of the other knee. Then pull the knee that's sticking up, over toward the foot until you feel the sensation. Repeat 3 times, holding between 30 to 60 seconds each time. Then repeat the entire process but with the other side.

More mundane is getting back to stretching my hand every day instead of just when I work, but I'm more willing to do that now that an expert indicates it makes a difference.
