Currently downloading a big file containing my next bit of work, for the next week. Won't touch any of it tonight, I have a good long sleep in mind... I will also process photos tomorrow.

More story notes came to mind while I was away and without a good enough computer, but all I will do today is stick them in the notes file--a full expounding on what I am going to do, and other thoughts on other projects, can also wait until I've had more than four hours of sleep.

Welcome home - though it feel rather odd to say that from the other side of the planet! Still, glad you're back safely and all, and it sounds like you had a reasonable time. *snug*

It was reasonable. I spent most of my time in Manhattan, maybe half an hour eating food in Queens and can think of several things I would finally do if I went back with money. That's going to be a while, though.

Also, like I suggested to parents, it might be a better idea to try that at some time like March Break when there isn't a record-breaking heat wave, because the urban oven uptop and the pressure-cooker subway system would be worse on them than me.

Still! Fun stuff happened!
