Last check-in from abroad

I logged on to clear out some things which are a pain to handle by LG. Said LG actually froze up recently and due to the heat outside I couldn't reboot it the only way that works when no button whatsoever will respond: opening the battery case. Once I walked all the way back up 94th from Central Park to Westend, reaching my air conditioned hotel room, it easily popped open. I still had to walk back to the urban oasis to meet people who couldn't be messaged with a frozen LG.

I would say this place has been lysergic. I'm either up or down. For some reason, the levels of rudeness I initially expected which have taken this long to appear aren't bothering me much; now if someone tries to attack me I can truly say I've been here. Fortunately it's just words and crap so far.

I had an experiment with foundation. All I've wanted to do is hide really bad razor burn but I ended up resembling Lt. Commander Data. So, today I'm ditching the makeup, and incidentally the scheduled shave. I guess I'll bring sandpaper face to Salvation.

The streets may not have made me feel brand new, but they might still have inspired me.

Maybe, but the inspiration part had to be hinted somewhere in whatever quote I did pull up. It would have been nice to have a reasonable laptop while I was away. In hindsight, maybe I should have settled for a ballpoint pen and swiped a bit of toilet paper. Kerouac, bitches.
