It's not just you, this problem is constant now. The program that came with this webcam will not run on Windows 7, so I'm running freeware that recognizes the cam.
It seems only slightly better than youtube's "record off webcam instead of uploading" option. I have technical difficulties with the visuals as it's showing me more in the preview than I see in the final--all the borders/backgrounds are cut off, so I have to scrunch myself in the middle of the picture to make more of myself visible. And, yes, the sound doesn't match...
