Fitness assessment results

I have a nifty piece of paper which quantifies what has changed in the last three months of my fitness program. New results are presented first, and initial three-months-ago results follow in brackets.
% Body Fat: 17.6 [29.6] (note: I'm not the only one who thinks the initial was glitched high)
Fat Weight: 27.7 [48.2] lbs
Lean Weight: 130 [114.4] lbs
Body Water: 61.2 [53.8] lbs
Circumferences:
Shoulders: 45 inches (same)
Chest: 37.5 [38] inches
Right Arm Flexed: 13 [12.5] inches
Left Arm Flexed: 12.5 [12.25] inches
Waist: 31.5 [34] inches
Hips: 34 [36] inches
Right Thigh: 20.5 [22] inches
Left Thigh: 20.5 [22] inches
So, something is working. Now that I have these numbers, though, workouts move to Phase 2. Harder.
