Disintegration
Oct. 28th, 2010 12:07 amSilent treatment continues. If I were uncaring it would be easier for me to ignore it. Well, I'm fine.
Tomorrow, I will be down in Kensington at 4PM to get a Super Spiffy Haircut, and hopefully that "Super Do" lasts the three hours in between that and the event.
I'm anxious, but at least I'm not due for a reading. I Will Read At Events, and people will just have to sit through my stutters. At least I know these people somewhat now. I know I'm not alone with this anxiety.
What I will probably do when the time comes is read excerpts of project 2, working title "Cooper vs Chuvalo for the Commonwealth Title", because it's set in a more readily identifiable world. What I write during November will probably just be the fight and some rudimentary surrounding scenes, because I will have to research Old Wembley Stadium, a general idea of London, and a decent view of Lansdowne in Toronto--all in, what, the 1960s?--if I actually take the project seriously.
