Myths with a legal basis?
Who is really in charge of a company, anyway? The implied message seems to be that CEOs have a lot of autonomy, but will couch questionable ethical decisions in the message that their only choice is to increase profits for shareholders by any means necessary; furthermore, efforts to unseat these apparent dictators through law suits fail 2/3 of the time. Thoughts?
