I heard he had been there for eight hours. I didn't see him move terribly much, though at one point he was offered a rolled up towel and did move his head, so at least we know he's alive. :P
Kensington is a fun place to be in Toronto during the day, certainly a place to see if you come for a visit. The last Sunday of every warm month (up to September, I think) features such displays. I didn't even capture all of it; the drum performances and other scheduled things. It gets sketchy very late at night; in fact, at 4 AM that day three people were shot, and the police were done with the crime scene and had cleaned it up, and locals were intent on not letting a few bad apples spoil their special day.
But I suspect if you visited you wouldn't be deep into the place at such a late time anyway, and would instead enjoy the day. :)
